I stayed here for 2 nights. The location of the apartment was good for my needs adjacent to City Centre, and the surrounding area. Found a nice place called The Gilbert Scott a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, had lunch and dinner there. Staff was amiable and nice, helped me with everything.

Said to say, but there's bad smell in some areas.

The apartment at Stonehill House was a great size for our group and had plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen, although lacking in dining chairs and mugs, was easy to use. The property was clean and offered ample storage space. The staff were quick to respond and address any issues we had, such as a broken flush in the toilet. The facilities in the apartment were good and we had everything we needed. Despite some minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend staying at Stonehill House.

Tbh, the room was very small.

Great location, close to the town center and plenty of food shops nearby. Convenient room layout with all necessary amenities for cooking and food storage. Easy parking and excellent value for money. a clean and modern accommodation that I would stay in again.

There were a few negative aspects to the stay. the bed was small and uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt.

I had a wonderful stay at a well, equipped property for my 5, week visit. the room was comfortable and I appreciated the option to have my sheets changed. the cleanliness and tidy nature of the accommodation were impressive. the location was great, just a 10, minute drive from the town center. It was the perfect space for a large group, with spacious rooms and ensuites.

The kitchen and dining area were also a good size, providing a comfortable environment. Cons: Nothing to fault!

during my recent stay in Derby, i had the pleasure of staying at stonehill house. it was such a fantastic experience - the location was quiet and secure, the apartment was well-equipped, and the maintenance team was incredibly helpful when i misplaced my keys. overall, stonehill house exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Derby even more enjoyable.
